Carbon Motors just introduced this new car to run from, and aside from the back seat these folks could teach the rest of the auto industry a thing or two about fusing technology and ergonomics. Especially BMW.
At least I'm hoping those huge screens are touchscreens. Maybe I'm just coming up with my own idea for the car interior of the future in a non-litigated society. (sigh). Mix in one part touchscreen, one part nav, one part killer sound system, and one part computer with smartphone dock, and you've built my dream dashboard. Notice Carbon Motors didn't make the BMW faux pas of putting all functions in one little rotary knob. Essential functions such as butt warmers, radio station, and speeding ticket printout are all directly accessible with real tactile buttons for ease of use via muscle memory. Ergonomic elegance at its finest.
Oh, almost forgot... do distracted-driving laws apply to police officers too?
