Can You Hear Me Now? No.

Some really bright folks have come up with a business that disables your phone if you're driving. It takes advantage of newer phones' location awareness, which can be used to determine speed. Before I even go down the don't protect me from myself road, I only have one question: how would this service differentiate a driver in a car from a passenger in well, anything? [Wired, Gizmodo]

So my phone would stop working when I'm in motion?? Umm on the bus or a train or a roller coaster (maybe I need that function more so on roller coasters :) lol)... that kinda stinks, now I have to google and read about it...DARN YOU!
